How to register as a Football Gold Coast Referee
In order to register, you’re going to need your own personal email address as MYFOOTBALLCLUB does not allow multiple people to share the same email address).
If you are 18 years of age of older, you will also need to complete an Working with Children Check – Blue Card.
Select Referee Registration then select the “click here” tab appropriate to your situation. And follow the process until you arrive at screen requesting you to enter your FFA Number and Password. Enter these and proceed to screen with WELCOME MR “your name” on it.
Select the My Details tab on LHS then the Edit My Details tab. It is critical that you review all your personal information here as this is the information which will then be linked to SPS – especially your email (see above) and telephone numbers. If applicable you will also need to update your password. Then select the “Save My Details” tab.
Select the Registration tab on LHS and a screen containing a REGISTRATION BUTTON shall open.
Press the Registration Button
Your Personnel Details shall be displayed if correct click NEXT – otherwise correct the incorrect entries.

AT STEP 2 enter Senior Referee/Junior Referee (please note Associate Referee category is for inactive referees, assessors etc only)
Please note a Junior Referees is anyone who has not attained the age of 18 years on the date of registration.
AT STEP 3 the Registration Package for your category should appear.
STEP 4 Click on Add Package Button and details of your registration including costs shall appear in space below.
IF CORRECT SELECT NEXT AT BOTTOM OF PAGE AND FOLLOW PROMPTS TO END.
Please select the option to pay online. Otherwise your regsitration will not be made active until full payment is received by FGC. It is your responsibility to submit payment to Football Gold Coast.
After completing your online Registration and paid your fees you can expect to receive an email from myfootballclub.com.au confirming your registration has been approved/accepted.
Shortly after your registration is approved, you’ll receive an email providing your login details for Schedula (this is the appointments and availability system used to issue weekly match appointments).
These two emails should be received within 5 days of registering. If that does not happen contact the Referees Development Coordinator via email and inquire as to whether your registration has been received by FGC.
If you are 18 years or age or older you are required to undertake a Working with Children Check – Blue Card.
Visit: https://bluecard.qld.gov.au/pdf/forms/DJAG001-BC-Blue-card-application.pdf to complete your application form. Once completed the form must be returned to the Football Gold Coast with any required ID documents in order to be lodged.
