Musgrave vs Burleigh- Friday 7pm @ Keith Hunt Park
Musgrave welcome the Bulldogs on Friday night fresh off their Broadwater Derby win against Runaway Bay. The home side will be hopeful to make it two straight wins to begin the year over a Bulldogs team still looking to register their first points of the 2021 campaign.
Broadbeach vs Southport- Saturday 4pm @ Nikiforides Park
In what could shape up to be a pivotal game for both sides ambitions, Broadbeach and Southport lock horns looking to get a firmer hold towards the top end of the table. With the Dolphins grinding out a victory against Burleigh and the Warriors showing a strong defensive display against Apollo, it will be interesting to see what style the two teams approach the match in.
Kingscliff vs Runaway Bay- Saturday 5pm @ Walter Peate Reserve
South of the border travel the Bayhawks to take on a Kingscliff side full of confidence after their come from behind victory over Nerang last weekend. The home team will be hoping to welcome back a few injured players when they host a team and club that they have a lot of respect for.
Palm Beach vs Nerang- Saturday 7pm @ Duncan McKenna Field
In the pick of the matches this weekend, Palm Beach host Nerang in the late kick off on Saturday evening eager to continue their surge towards the top. Nerang will be hopeful that a full week at training and some more time to polish up elements in their game will come in handy when they face a Palm Beach side who love playing at night at their home ground.
Surfers vs Robina- Sunday 4pm @ Lex Bell Oval
Surfers will be looking for a strong attacking performance when they take to the field in their third straight Sunday fixture. Robina will be hopeful that they can frustrate the home side similarly to what Southport managed to do last week, however it will be a tough task to keep Apollo at bay.
Tallebudgera vs Nerang- Friday 7pm @ Coplicks Family Park
The Tigers welcome Nerang Eagles to Coplicks on Friday evening hoping to extend their winning streak to begin 2021. With Matt Hilton in top scoring form, the Tigers will feel confident that experience and fire power can prevail against a youthful Nerang side.
Musgrave vs Legends- Saturday 5pm @ Keith Hunt Park
Legends will be looking to make it five straight wins to start 2021 when they take on Musgrave in the derby on Saturday afternoon. With less than 200m between the two sides, both will be eager to take bragging rights out of the clash come Saturday afternoon.
Mudgeeraba vs Ormeau- Saturday 5pm @ Sid Big Park
Mudgeeraba will be eager to get the ball rolling finally at home in just their second match so far in the 2021 campaign when they host Ormeau FC. The Wallabies will have had a watchful eye on the results gone by from the All Stars and will be hoping to come away with a big three points moving forward.
Tweed United vs Palm Beach- Saturday 6pm @ Arkinstall Park
Tweed United will host youngsters Palm Beach in an interesting match up between the two sides. With Tweed recording their first victory last weekend against Pacific Pines, expect the Marlins to try put on a show for their home fans and get all three points from the Sharks.
Pacific Pines vs Runaway Bay- Saturday 7pm @ Brockman Way Oval
Pacific Pines will be looking to get their season back on track when they host Runaway Bay in a 7pm kick off at home. The away side travel to the Pines after a tough opening round defeat to Tallebudgera Tigers and will be hoping to turn their fortune around this time.
